For my 20 themes Challenge, this is wind, obviously for the blowing hair, but it could also be snow, if you look at the jewelry
but i have better uses for snow

so what do think, bit different to what i normally do? im quite happy with it :D cept her lips, and i could have done alot more on this

This is lovely! Very suitable to the idea of wind. The monotone of blue really gives way to that concept of wind as well.
